This workshop will provide an introduction to food production and safety in limited spaces for those with limited mobility. Tips and strategies will be presented on garden accessibility, food production options, limited space growing systems, best management practices for maximum crop production and food safety. Information on specific special needs considerations and resources will be shared whether your interest is to garden as a volunteer, increase food security for your family and community or develop new skills to apply in small scale agricultural production enterprises or entrepreneurship.
